Now that I think about it, there are a lot of features in TBE that I just plain don’t use. My needs could be served better by a handful of extensions that pinpoint exactly my needs without all the bloat. Afterall, isn’t reducing bloat the whole point of Firefox’s design?

And you’re right. I have complained in the past about TBE’s lack of frequent updates…

Thanks for the Mini T extension tip. I've been wishing for that functionality forever now, but never noticed that extension before. I use most of the extensions you listed, but I also recommend Linkification and Firesomething.

Yeah, I used to use TBE, but when 0.10 came out and it wasn't compatible (as you know), I went with a few of the plugins from the TBE replacement cocktail. And a lot of the mozillazine folks on their forum sure don't like how TBE messes with their new builds and the like. Oh, and I forgot I use Session Saver too.

You can combine undoclosetab, blank last, and tabbrowser preferences by using tabbrowser extensions instead.
