No Comma

Filed under: General — 3:52 am

I just learned that when printing addresses on envelopes or packages, the United States Postal Service prefers that you do not use any punctuation anywhere. Previously, I had always placed a comma between the city and state. In fact, I found a whole bunch of cool conventions for addressing postal mail.

Amazing.

I remember when they came out with that… I’m pretty sure my English teacher still uses the commas, though.
